General Description
|
Body :The body is fabricated from 16 swg [Tray Dryer - Unimech] CRC sheet and a heavy-duty angle. All sides of the dryer are insulated for storing the heat. Trolley is also fabricated by angles. Door will be hinged and locked by a ball catch. Steam, Electrical heater, Thermic oil or hot air is best for vaporation of liquid from the material. Dynamically balanced Exhaust fan will remove the evaporated liquids from the Dryer.

Exhaust Fan : Removes the evaporated liquids from the dryer. Exhaust fan is fabricated and placed inside the dryer, where as an electric motor placed outside the dryer. Fan is fixed on the shaft and bearing pedstals.

Insulation : High graded glasswool is to be used as a insulation in all six sides of the body. So it can stores maximum heat inside the dryer. |

General Description
|
Body : Body of Pulverize is made from Cast Iron, which is fitted on Channel stand. Dynamically balanced Rotor is fitted with the body. Fabricated balanced fan is used for conveying the materials to the cyclone and it is also useful to extract the materials from the grinding zone. Cyclone is fitted with the body through a duct and it separates the air and materials.
Performance :
It gives maximum size reduction upto 300 mesh. and it is best for grinding, sieving, mixing, and bagging also.

General Description
|
Shell : Shell of Ball Mill is fabricated from MS plate and both the end heavy-duty shafts are to be provided. Manhole and balanced weight is also provided. The statistically balanced shell is rotated on the shaft. The shell is holding on the frame, which is made of heavy-duty channel. Bearing pedestal, spur gear set, motor also fitted with the frame Speed reduction is made by heavy duty MS Spur gear set or Reduction Gear Box and V-belt drive. Shell is rotated at, generally, 20 o 35 RPM.
Performance : Ball Mill is most suitable for size reduction and mixing the materials with 300-mesh size.
Specifications : Generally, Tailor made equipment, so it is design on the basis of requirement and chemical process.
